TX Quarterly Wage report

To allow Texas customers to go live mid-quarter (e.g., September), we have modified the Human Resources > State > TX Quarterly Unemployment Report (TWC) report to use converted Quarter to date and Year to date data for this quarterly report if there is no check history for previous months in the quarter.

Customers must have completed their QTD and YTD payroll data conversion before running this report.
