The Texas TEAM Load option to validate the School Year Start date, School Year End date, and the UDF Page 32002 Hire Override Date have been modified for correct formatting. If the date formats are incorrect, the error log will provide information on what needs correction rather than ending with a fatal error.

If the user enters an invalid date format such as 14/14/2022 in School Year Start date or School Year End date in the Load page, an error message “Invalid month” will be displayed.

The Load process will check the Hire override date field for the invalid date present for pending employees. If an invalid date format is found, the following will be the error file and the error message: “INVALID HIRE DATE OVERRIDE ON STATE REQUIRED III PAGE 32002.”

Corrected issue with Texas TEAM reporting where incorrect TRS Gross was reported for an employee reaching the salary cap, causing incorrect calculation of statutory minimum amount and non-oasdi.

Corrected the Texas TEAM calculation of the TRS Gross for an employee who has only one pay in a month, has Federal wages, and has been terminated.

Corrected the Texas TEAM Statutory Minimum calculation if an employee has the previous month’s docking, which terminates in the current month.

Corrected an issue with the Texas TEAM Hours Upload. Earlier, if Hours or Days were Null, the upload would set the adjusted hours to upload amount rather than adding the upload amount to the existing amount. We have also allowed for scheduled hours to remain unchanged during the hours upload if an employee/retiree is only adjusting the days worked for the month. This was for both RP and ER adjustment records.

The Texas TEAM Actual Hours Upload was not updating the information for retirees with amounts from the upload file, and it was updating it with a '1'. The issue has been corrected.

This correction was included in 19.4 and 20.11 with the February major release.
