| EFIN-34325 | TX TEAM Load - calendar override for contract dates when rolling contracts | A new field is added to the Calendar reference page which allows the TEAM load to override the payrate contract dates while deciding whether to include employees and creating position records. | EFIN-78300 | TEAM Submitted to TRS Flag | Added the ‘Submitted to TRS’ field to demographic records in the TEAM software. These include the ED20/25, ED40/45, and ED90 records. This flag can be set on a per-record basis or mass updated through the maintenance programs. The mass-update features are within the electronic file process and through a separate option in the TEAM software suite titled ‘Mass Update Submitted to TRS’. Once the flag is set on the record, it is not modified in the TEAM load process and can be used as-is with modifications present in the employee’s payrate and calendar. As it is already submitted, it will be unavailable for reporting through the electronic file. These records can be viewed in the hard copy of the reports by enabling the ‘Submitted to TRS’ checkbox in the TEAM reports option. |
