Installing updates no longer requires replication to be turned off

Texas districts using DEX for Ed-Fi integration have received database errors for tables that are being replicated when installing our releases. This required the district to turn off replication to install the update. This issue is now corrected to prevent the error when the replication remains turned on for the update process.

EFIN-115823

Fixed DEX profile mapping when there are multiple districts.

District IDs would be linked to each profile to activate the Dex application using the profile mapping page. As the profile ID and district ID are unique, each mapping should be created as a new entry in the profile mapping table. And, if the same profile wants the district id modified, the existing record in the table should be updated rather than creating a new one. The fault occurred when there were numerous districts with various profiles. After one profile was mapped, when trying to map the following profile, instead of generating a new entry on the table, it modified the existing old entry, which is now fixed.
