Release Note

EFIN-67478TX TEAM Charging Variance Report Totals incorrect

When the Texas TEAM redistribution process was corrected, we also changed the total process for the detailed distribution records on the TEAM Charging Variance report. The selection then occurred for the wrong date range. This resulted in incorrect variance totaling for this report. We have corrected the totals. This did not impact version 5.2.

This is for Version 19.4 and 20.11

EFIN-69069TX TEAM Surge Reporting Employee Type P for RetireesAs part of the Texas TEAM Surge reporting, we added new codes for Retiree reporting, so it will only upload hours for employee types of ‘S,’ ‘P,’ ‘F,’ and ‘M.’ However, the employee type of ‘P’ was not added for ER20 records at that time. We have corrected this for all versions where we released the Surge reporting in September.
EFIN-71458TX Unique ID - Including too many employees

In the November major release, we included a change to NOT check for a primary payrate when creating the Texas Unique ID report for submission. This resulted in more employees being selected for inclusion than anyone wanted. We have reverted to the previous version of the program and will work with the customers to redo the change better.

This is for Version 19.4 and 20.11
