The ED45 records that are marked as deleted and the corresponding deleted ED40 records are now considered invalid contracts/positions when determining an employee’s current TRS position.

The update impacts Texas customers only. An issue was resolved to prevent an out-of-balance occurrence when posting from Batch Accounts Payable to period 13 of the prior year. Corrected the issue that prevented checks from printing when there are batch accounts payable records from period 13 of the prior year.

This is for Version 22.4.

Correction to TX batch AP to prevent an out of balance posting to period 13 of the prior year. Fix attachments printing checks to period 13 of the prior year.

Correction to the vendor check to address issues with the security checking in TX as it relates to period 13 of the prior year records.

Corrected a Batch Accounts Payable Import issue with year validation. It was validating against the profile year instead of the record year.

This is for Version 22.4.

Fixed the fatal error that occurred while processing the redistribution for a paycheck with type A - Accrued Wages Records and added a preview of type A records to the window.

The statutory minimum recalculation for employees who terminate early is corrected, and will no longer require the original days worked to be entered on the State Required II page. Additionally, it is now controlled by a new field on the State Required III page which will indicate when the recalculation should occur. When this new field is not set, the statutory minimum will be calculated according to the normal monthly procedures.

The Texas TEAM Create Charges was stopping with a fatal error. The previous update corrected the TEAM charging to include job class did not modify the project charging routine when the query is shared between it and the standard charging. This has been corrected.
